WINTERSUN Has Finally Finished ‘Time II’ Album

WINTERSUN has finally announced that they long-awaited album, Time II, is finally finished!

Band shared the news in a social media, stating: “TIME II = 100% DONE. Enough said.”

WINTERSUN mainman Jari Mäenpää comments: “This album has been the biggest challenge in my life and I’m still kinda surprised it is finally done.”

Bassist Juka Koskinen says: “The day finally came: TIME II is done!! Couldn’t be happier!”

Drummer Kai Hahto adds: “I thought this day would never arrive and when Jari sent me a message that TIME II was ready I still couldn’t understand that we were finally done after all the obstacles and challenges. I am more than happy now. Cheers!”

Guitarist Teemu Mäntysaari concludes: “Whoa, I think Jari surprised us all! I’m happy that after all these years the album is finally ready!”

Best promised that more details about the album will follow next week.

Back in 2012, WINTERSUN put out their first LP in eight years, Time I, and said Time II would be out in around half a year after the launch, but unfortunately that never happened.

WINTERSUN‘s latest album, The Forest Seasons, was released in July 2017 via Nuclear Blast. The band cited Antonio Vivaldi’s violin concerto The Four Seasons as an inspiration for the album title.
