MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee is facing serious allegations as he has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a helicopter ride in 2003.
The incident reportedly occurred during a 40-minute trip from San Diego to Van Nuys, with Lee‘s personal helicopter pilot, David Martz. According to court filings, the woman claims that both Lee and Martz were involved in the assault. The lawsuit also alleges that Lee and Martz had a history of engaging in indecent and illegal conduct on the helicopter.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the woman stated that she was invited on a trip by Martz who was a pilot. However, upon her arrival at the tarmac, she was surprised to find Tommy Lee waiting to join them on the helicopter. It remains uncertain whether she had any prior acquaintance with Lee before their encounter in February 2003.
She claimed that Lee, who had split from his third spouse, Pamela Anderson, in 1998, pulled her towards him and made her sit on his lap.
The woman said Lee groped and kissed her, and when she tried to pull away he grabbed her and yanked her back to him. She said he then penetrated her with his fingers and groped her breasts.
She said Lee took down his pants and attempted to force her head into his groin, but she wrestled free.
After arriving in Los Angeles, Lee hugged her and then departed, leaving the woman and the pilot to return to San Diego without exchanging any words.
According to her, she refrained from reporting the incident to the police due to her lack of confidence in being believed.
Lee‘s representatives have not yet responded to the accusations.
