Bay Area thrash metal legends DEATH ANGEL have announced that they will start working on a new album very soon.
The band issued this statement via Facebook:
“Now it’s time to head home, lock ourselves in the studio and finish writing this new album.”
The follow-up to 2016’s The Evil Divide is tentatively due for release next year, and will be the ninth studio album in DEATH ANGEL‘s 35-plus-year career.
DEATH ANGEL were recently announced as one of the supporting acts for this year’s installment of the “MTV Headbangers Ball” European tour, also featuring SODOM, SUICIDAL ANGELS and an as-yet-unnamed headliner.
